PopMaker Pro lets you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and LinkedIn profiles so you can schedule and publish posts. This page explains what we keep from those accounts and how to delete it. For everything else we hold, see our Privacy Policy.
What we keep from connected accounts
- The account's ID, name, username and profile picture, so you can choose it when you post.
- An access token from the network, stored encrypted, used only to publish the posts you schedule and to read their likes and comments.
- The posts you write in PopMaker Pro and, once published, the post's ID, link and like and comment counts.
We don't read your private messages, friends list or other people's information, and we never post anything you didn't create or schedule.
Option 1: Disconnect the account yourself (immediate)
- Sign in to PopMaker Pro.
- Open Social Planner and go to the Accounts tab.
- Click Disconnect next to the account.
The account's details and its access token are deleted from our database immediately. Scheduled posts for that account will no longer be published. Posts you already published stay on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn; delete them there if you want them gone.
Option 2: Remove PopMaker Pro from Facebook or Instagram
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find PopMaker Pro and click Remove.
This stops PopMaker Pro from using your Pages and Instagram accounts right away. To have the stored account details deleted too, use Option 1 or Option 3.
Option 3: Remove PopMaker Pro from LinkedIn
- On LinkedIn, go to Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
- Find PopMaker Pro and click Remove.
Option 4: Ask us to delete your data
Email hello@popmakerpro.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us the email address of your PopMaker Pro account (or the name of the Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn profile you connected). We may ask you to confirm it's you.
We delete the connected accounts, their tokens and the related posts within 30 days of confirming your request, and email you when it's done. If you ask us to delete your whole PopMaker Pro account, we delete or anonymize all of its information within the same time, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
